COVID-19 update: Most providers are seeing patients in-person as well as via telehealth. We understand that mask mandates have been lifted for fully vaccinated individuals in most settings. We have been advised that mask mandates still apply for physician/healthcare provider offices; therefore, masks are still required to be worn for all in-person appointments.  Pleased be advised we are currently operating on a waitlist for many providers. Welcome to New Leaf Nutrition Counseling! Our team of nutrition experts wants you to know that no matter where you are on your journey to better health, we’re here to help. For over 16 years, we have been providing compassionate, trusted, and effective care to our clients. We specialize in nutrition counseling in the areas of disordered eating, gastrointestinal health, pediatrics, and diabetes. All of our nutritionists are Registered Dietitians (RDs) and nutrition experts licensed in North Carolina, and all participate in rigorous continuing education and have advanced certifications in their area of specialty. You will be matched with a nutritionist who meets your individual needs and will provide you with the most current nutrition information and recommendations.

While each of our providers has their own style of counseling, every one of our providers believes food should be a delight, a tool for feeling great and living your best life. Nutrition and health are about so much more than numbers on the scale. Health is about being well, treating your body with respect, feeling connected, and living with joy and confidence.

With so much inaccurate information available, it can be difficult to listen to your body, or know what it needs to feel good, inside and out.
